Refund policy

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Exceptions will be made when the item is incorrect. All items are custom made by hand once ordered. We do not carry stock of each item. 

CANCELLATION: If an order needs to be canceled BEFORE shipping, a cancellation fee of 15% will be held from the refund. This is to cover any online banking, PayPal, Shopify, and/or Sezzle processing fees AND restocking fees.

 

RTS SCREENPRINTS and CHENILLE PATCHES:

Please read and be familiar with sublimation and RTS screen prints!! No refunds will be given for items used incorrectly. Instructions are sent with each order to help assist the buyer.
